Join us for a transformational experience where you will explore the power of your breath. Through this guided session, you will connect with your inner self, release tension, and cultivate blissful states. Led by Em, a Certified Trauma Informed Breathwork Facilitator, Reiki practitioner, Counsellor, NLP practitioner and Life Coach. Em brings a compassionate, nurturing and intuitive approach to breathwork, creating a safe and supportive space for transformation and healing to unfold.
What To Expect:
In this intimate event (12 people) you will be safely and expertly guided through techniques that can facilitate access to expanded states of consciousness. It is in this open state that you can experience personal growth and transformation. Expect to leave feeling refreshed, lighter, more connected, centred and relaxed.
Conscious Breathwork:
Using transformational breathwork, we give focus to the window of tolerance of the nervous system, the bodies innate wisdom and to creating safety in the body. Which gives the body permission to regulate the nervous system and release body stress, old energy, stored emotions, limiting beliefs and rewire neural paths. And ultimately return to its natural state of balance and ease.

Who is this for:
Transformational breathwork is suitable for all individuals 16 years and above seeking stress relief, clarity, or a deeper connection with themselves. No prior breathwork experience is necessary.

What to Bring:
- Wear warm comfortable clothing.
- Bring your pillow and eye mask for extra comfort.
- Bring your water bottle.
Preparation:
- Arrive on an empty stomach (at least 2 hours fasting).
