There's a misconception around timelines, that life follows a linear path; this is nowhere near a reflection of the truth.

Life is full of winding roads, challenges and obstacles that cause detours, redirections and that can lead you on an unexpected path.

What we came to share with the world may sometimes be revealed to us later in life; that doesn't mean it is any less worthy of being shared or expressed.

When we've lived through different experiences, and have revelations and breakthroughs, it can reveal something that was before hidden. It can spur or ignite a passion within you; a drive to connect and explore a new way of being.

The time it is revealed has no significance on its value.

It is not too late to learn or try something new.

Challenge keeps our brains active, and fear of getting something wrong can prevent us from expanding our awareness, building new perspectives and appreciation of processes.

It's natural to want safety and to stay within the confines of our comfort zone but it also means we are disconnecting from ourselves. When we honour our full potential for growth, we follow the sparks that ignite inside of us and build self esteem and trust - that even when it may be challenging or difficult we will honour that which is in our heart, not allow the fears of our mind to define the path of our lives.

Defining what is from our heart vs. a place of fear is an ongoing process of refinement. To get curious with ourselves and tell the truth behind our behaviour.

You could create a project from a place of fear, e.g. when this becomes successful I will feel validated and loved, vs from the heart, e.g. I can see how this project will allow me to explore a new skill and learn more about myself.

Through truthful enquiry into the intention behind our desires, it becomes clearer when it is filling a void compared to a heart led intention. The more we move from our heart, the more at ease we become with our being and existence.

With that in mind, here's two questions to reflect on:

Is what I am currently doing coming from a place of love, or a place of fear?

If I didn't think it was too late, what action would I take today?
